Marino Performance Motors proudly presents this beautiful recently restored 1968 Chevrolet Camaro Yenko 427 tribute car. This Camaro is truly impressive with low miles on the clock since its full restoration. The five-digit odometer shows 68k miles, fewer than 150 of which are said to have been driven since completion. Actual chassis mileage is unknown.
The replacement 454ci big-block V8 has reportedly been bored .030 over with H-beam connecting rods, hypereutectic alloy 10.0:1 pistons, an aftermarket camshaft, and 396SS cylinder heads with roller rockers.
Induction is from a four-barrel carburetor on an aluminum intake manifold. Other equipment includes finned cast aluminum Yenko valve covers, an aftermarket aluminum radiator, a 9 brake booster, and new wiring.
This Camaro is an excellent example of why the name is so iconic in American car culture.
